Avatar 2 star Sigourney Weaver talks about hard parkour training

In the sequel, Sigourney Weaver will be back, although her character, who died in the prequel, will bring a big change. As Comic Book reports, the actress spoke to Interview Magazine about the rigours of filming Avatar 2, which included parkour training:

“On Avatar 2: The Way of Water, I was older than a lot of people and we had to do a lot of parkour. We had to do burpees. We had to do free diving. Don’t you love those jobs where you have to learn something really fancy that you keep with you for the rest of your life? Especially with freediving, I’m thankful we spent a year doing it. “

In the interview, Weaver also praises James Cameron’s interactions on set. The Avatar 2 director is said to demand a lot, which motivates the cast to perform at their best.

When does Avatar 2 open in the cinema?

From 14 December 2022, we can finally see Avatar 2: The Way of Water for ourselves. Then the most eagerly awaited blockbuster sequel of recent years will be released in our cinemas.
