AEIOU – The Fast Alphabet of Love: Drama about an impossible love between two completely different people
Film plot and background
Drama about an impossible love between two completely different people
Anna (Sophie Rois) is an actress, Adrian (Milan Herms) is an orphan. And there is also the landlord Michel (Udo Kier). In this romance, nothing is as it seems at first glance.
After Anna’s handbag is stolen by Adrian outside a pub in Berlin, she meets him again just moments later for lessons. She is his language teacher and he is considered a difficult case. While Michel rents her a flat and is the last to be convinced of her acting quality, she has long since left acting behind. At first, Adrian and Anna only have lessons in their flat, but this eventually develops into dinners, walks and soon the desire to escape the capital together. They want to leave behind what they see as a bleak life in Berlin and make a new start in the south of France without possessions.
The upbeat trailer gives impressions of “A E I O U”:
