My Friend Conni – The Mystery of Puss Mau

My Friend Conni – Mystery of Puss Mau: In the animated film of the popular children’s book series, Conni and her friends await an animal adventure – without any parents at all.

Plot and background

For Conni the holiday season is coming up, she is going on a trip with her friends Anna and Simon – and for the first time without her parents. While it’s hard to say goodbye to her beloved cat at home, she discovers shortly after arriving at the hotel that Mau the cat has come along as a stowaway. However, pets are not allowed in her accommodation and the owner of the guesthouse, Mrs Weingärtner, is also allergic to cats.

That doesn’t bother the impetuous tomcat much, he’d much rather explore his new surroundings. The cheeky tomcat does not go unnoticed, but Mrs. Weingärtner suspects her son Oskar’s badger and would like to put him straight into the zoo. In addition, objects keep disappearing from the hotel…

Will Conni and her friends succeed in rescuing Oskar, taming Mau the cat, and catching the real thief?
