Plot and background
When lonely tech millionaire Chris meets the attractive Sky, there is an instant irresistible attraction between the two. When Chris injures himself, Sky cares for him with great concern. But Sky’s mysterious behaviour soon leads Chris to suspect that she is keeping something from him and may even be pursuing a calculated plan. The situation comes to a head when Sky’s flatmate and secret lover is found dead for inexplicable reasons.

Spanish director Luis Prieto creates an atmospherically dense thriller with “Shattered”. Cameron Monaghan (“Keeper of Memory – The Giver”) experiences a nightmare come true as Chris when hissupposed love story entangles him in a dastardly game. German actress Lilly Krug (“Every breath you take”) plays the seductive Sky. Other roles include Oscar-nominated John Malkovich (“Being John Malkovich”) as Sky’s landlord Roland, Frank Grillo (“Avengers: Endgame”) as Sky’s stepfather and Sasha Luss (“Valerian – The City of a Thousand Planets”) as Chris’ ex-wife Jamie.
