For “Riverdale” fans, the next few weeks will be a real highlight. The seventh season starts now on Netflix. After that, however, it’s over. How good that the streaming platform is also showing a brand new production starting today.
After seven seasons of “Riverdale”, the story of Archie Andrews (K.J. Apa) has come to an end and the large fan community must move on and find a new series – or simply read the adapted “Archie” comics again. In any case, the new and final season of “Riverdale” will be on Netflix from 30 March 2023. However, you won’t be able to watch all 20 episodes in one go. Netflix will release the new episodes every week. So spring will be completely dominated by “Riverdale”.
Also starting today on Netflix: the father-son series “Unstable”. In the comedy production, we see ex-teen idol Rob Lowe in a very special role. He plays a family man who has to get over the loss of his wife and is about to bankrupt his company. At his side: John Owen Lowe! That’s right, father and son also play father and son in “Unstable”. The junior, who is actually rather introverted and reserved, has to stop his father from destroying his life’s work.
You can find the eight episodes of the first season of “Unstable” starting today on Netflix.

Exact details about the seventh season have not yet been revealed. However, the official synopsis mentions that the final season will pick up where the last episodes ended: in the 1950s. Jughead Jones (Cole Sprouse) is still trapped in the past, but wants to return to the present. His friends, however, cannot help him. Only Riverdale’s guardian angel Tabitha Tate (Erinn Westbrook) sheds some light on the past and Jughead realises that he might always be trapped in the 50s…
