Paramount Pictures has unveiled a brand new Transformers: Rise of the Beasts video from the highly-anticipated action-adventure movie, which is slated to arrive in theaters on June 9.
The featurette provides some new action-packed footage of the Autobots and Maximals, as well as a behind-the-scenes look at the latest installment’s production in the historical Machu Picchu in Peru. It also features commentary by the director and the cast as they discuss their incredible but challenging experience of being able to film in such a beautiful and cultural place.

What is Transformers: Rise of the Beasts about?
“Returning to the action and spectacle that have captured moviegoers around the world, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts will take audiences on a ‘90s globetrotting adventure and introduce the Maximals, Predacons, and Terrorcons to the existing battle on earth between Autobots and Decepticons,” says the synopsis.
Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is being helmed by Creed II director Steven Caple Jr. from a screenplay written by Joby Harold. It stars Anthony Ramos, Dominique Fishback, Peter Cullen, Michelle Yeoh, Pete Davidson, Ron Perlman, Peter Dinklage, and more.
In addition, eOne and Paramount Animation are also teaming up for an animated Transformers prequel movie titled Transformers One, centering around Optimus Prime and Megatron’s origins in Cybertron. It will feature the voices of Avengers: Endgame stars Chris Hemsworth and Scarlett Johansson.
