From now on you can stream the first episode of the second season of “Loki” on Disney+. For MCU fans, this is a must. Because the series is extremely important for the current era of the franchise.
Loki (Tom Hiddleston) is back. However, a lot is different. The TVA, responsible for overseeing the various timelines, has changed. And his old friend Mobius M. Mobius (Owen Wilson) no longer recognises him. The out-of-time Loki is also painfully tugged between past, present and future. He has to find out what is going on and needs the help of Sylvie (Sophia Di Martino) and meets an old acquaintance (Jonathan Majors).
The MCU is currently in the era of the multiverse, which will culminate in the feature films “Avengers 5: The Kang Dynasty” and “Avengers 6: Secret Wars”. “Loki” will further explore the multiverse and is therefore already a must-see on the way to the big “Avengers” double. In addition, the villain Kang (or one of his many variants), still embodied by Jonathan Majors, will of course be further explored. And TVA, so far only known from “Loki”, is also to play a major role in the upcoming films. This is according to rumours that are currently circulating:
According to the positive first voices, “Loki” also promises to be really good. In the leading role, Tom Hiddleston is once again in his element. There is also an exciting addition to the cast: Oscar winner Ke Huy Quan (“Everything Everywhere All At Once”) plays the tech nerd OB.
“Loki” airs weekly on Disney+. The first episode can be streamed now. Every Friday there is another episode and always in the middle of the night. So you can start streaming right after you get up.
