With Planet of the Apes: New Kingdom, one of the strongest sci-fi series of recent years is getting a sequel. The first trailer takes us into the animal post-apocalypse
In 2011, Planet of the Apes: Prevolution gave the sci-fi franchise a successful reboot, bringing with it the sequels Planet of the Apes: Revolution and Planet of the Apes: Survival, one of the best sci-fi series of the 2010s.
The result was three powerful films that set new visual standards and grossed over 1.6 billion dollars at the box office. Next year, the series will continue with Planet of the Apes: New Kingdom Now there’s the first trailer, which promises a visually intoxicating sci-fi spectacle
Planet of the Apes: New Kingdom continues the sci-fi series with a new story
After a break of seven years, the sci-fi series takes a new narrative direction in 2024 and follows a new generation of apes. The plot of the fourth Planet of the Apes film takes placemany years after the events of the third part, in which the leader Caesar was able to find a new home for his ape people before his death.

After the conclusion of the trilogy about Caesar, Planet of the Apes: New Kingdom now introduces his son Cornelius as the new hero of the story. If successful, this will be developed into a new trilogy. However, concrete plans for Planet of the Apes 5 and 6 are not yet known
