As an entertaining action series, Amazon’s Reacher is currently thrilling viewers with its current 2nd season. In the sequel, lead actor Alan Ritchson presents himself in even more massive form when it comes to his muscular body.

Reacher star Alan Ritchson resorts to testosterone doping for muscles
To Men’s Health magazine, Ritchson has spoken openly about so-called testosterone replacement therapy, which he uses to protect his body from long-term damage caused by hard training:
‘For me, it’s a long game. I want to do Reacher for 15 years … I don’t want to have to have surgery after every season and testosterone helps.
In an interview with Men’s Health, the actor said that he trained for season 1 of the Amazon series without help. However, the extreme strain of the training took its toll on his body. According to Ritchson, he quickly reached a severe hormone imbalance, which he had treated with additional hormones using doping. In Hollywood, numerous stars resort to such aids for their toned bodies. As a rule, however, they do not talk about it openly.

The Reacher star emphasizes that he takes a low dose and must continue to work out in the gym to maintain his impressive muscles. Furthermore, Ritchson will be doing the testosterone doping under strong medical supervision.
Anyone who does weight training themselves should not take the Reacher star’s method as an example. Doping and the artificial supply of testosterone can lead to severe side effects and harmful health consequences.
