Guy Ritchie has made quite a few gangster films, but this one is his best according to the Moviepilot community ratings. Even Jason Statham is in it.
If you don’t have any plans tonight and like gangster films or Guy Ritchie, humor and action, you’ve come to the right place. Snatch – Pigs and Diamonds, the director’s best-rated film by the Moviepilot community, is available to stream on Netflix. If you haven’t seen it yet, be sure to tune in.
The best Guy Ritchie movies: This is what Snatch with Jason Statham, Brad Pitt and co. is all about
Snatch follows three different storylines that initially seem to have nothing to do with each other. But of course, the protagonists of the stories meet up after a few trials and tribulations and the Guy Ritchie film ends in great, but always highly entertaining chaos.
For example, there is the petty criminal boxing promoter of illegal fights: Turkish (Jason Statham), who hires the extremely mumbling One Punch Mickey (Brad Pitt) for a fight whose outcome is supposedly already known in advance.
Then there’s the gambling-addicted jewel thief Franky Four Fingers (Benicio del Toro), from whom an extremely valuable diamond has been stolen. Last but not least, the Russian mafia, Bullet Tooth Tony (Vinnie Jones) as well as Sol, Vince and Boris also get involved.
Yes, there is a Snatch series starring a Harry Potter star
Similar to the more recent film The Gentlemen and the topical series that goes with it, also called The Gentlemen, there is also a series about Snatch from the UK. However, it was made 17 years after the film and, although it is based on the Guy Ritchie movie, it has to make do entirely without the director.

The Snatch series stars Rupert Grint, who most of you probably know as Ron Weasley from the Harry Potter films. With an average rating of 6.7 points, the series is nowhere near as well received by the Moviepilot community as the original film with its average score of 7.9 – the best Guy Ritchie rating ever
