Fantasy finale on Netflix: Sweet Tooth ends with season 3
Sweet Tooth is set in a post-apocalyptic world in which a mysterious virus claimed millions of lives ten years earlier. At the same time as the epidemic, the existence of small human-animal hybrid children began, who are despised and feared by many. Among them is the little deer boy Gus (Christian Convery), who had to leave the safety of his forest home for the dangerous outside world after the death of his father.
Over the course of the first two seasons, Gus explored the harsh end-time world alongside hobo Tommy Jepperd (Nonso Anozie) and human girl Bear (Stefania LaVie Owen) in search of his missing mother. Along the way, he meets other cute hybrid children and encounters the brutal Last Men who hunt them down.
The plot of Sweet Tooth is based on the comic book of the same name by Jeff Lemire, which was published in a total of 46 issues from 2009 to 2021. And just like the original, the Netflix series is heading towards a final showdown in icy Alaska that promises answers to the many mysteries surrounding the hybrid children and the origin of the virus.

Season 3 of Sweet Tooth will be released on Netflix on June 6, 2024. The finale of Gus’ story consists of eight episodes, all of which will be available to watch on launch day. This brings the comic adaptation to a total of 24 episodes in the end
