A new Star Wars series is starting on Disney+ in just a few days. It features the return of some well-known characters, first and foremost the terrifying General Grievous from Revenge of the Sith
On May 4, 2024, not only will Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace return to the big screen. We can also expect the release of a new Star Wars series on Disney+. Specifically, it is the animated anthology Tales of the Empire, in which many well-known characters from the star saga return.

Grievous made his most prominent appearance to date in Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith, where he fought Obi-Wan Kenobi on the planet Utapau. He also appeared as an antagonist in several episodes of the animated series The Clone Wars. Now he is involved in stories of the Empire.

In contrast to Revenge of the Sith, where Grievous went into battle with four lightsabers, in the new Star Wars series he only fights with two lightsabers, one green and one blue. He took them from Jedi in battle. Perhaps he can add another one to his collection in the course of the story.

The focus of the story, however, is on two other characters. On the one hand, there is the ex-Jedi Barriss Offee, who made her first appearance in Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones and was seen in The Clone Wars. On the other side is Morgan Elsbeth, the night nurse known from The Mandalorian and Ahsoka
