In 1988, a deceased couple hired the ghost Beetlejuice to evict some unwelcome new residents from their home. Almost four decades and a Netflix hit called Wednesday later, Tim Burton unleashes his haunting anew: Three generations of the Deetz family return to Wind River and daughter Astrid (Jenna Ortega) discovers a model of the town in the attic that conceals a portal to the afterlife. But whether alive or dead, troublemaker Beetlejuice (Michael Keaton) is not far away to unleash his very special brand of mayhem.

The first teaser trailer for Beetlejuice 2 two months ago was just enough to get your mouth watering with short snippets and character reunions. The new trailer provides more insight into the plot and finally confronts Jenna Ortega with the titular ghost. In addition to Michael Keaton, Catherine O’Hara (Home Alone) returns as grandma Delia Deetz and Winona Ryder (Stranger Things) as mother Lydia Deetz. New additions include stars such as Willem Dafoe, Monica Bellucci, Justin Theroux and Burn Gorman.
