One of the most popular action trios of the 80s returns to Netflix in one week. Eddie Murphy and his comrades investigate again in the richest neighborhood of Los Angeles
Beverly Hills is full of criminals. At least that’s how it seems with regard to the cult action series Beverly Hills Cop, which began back in 1984. After a 30-year hiatus, Eddie Murphy now returns as a shrewd investigator in Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F. to keep the peace in Los Angeles’ wealthy neighborhood. The film will be released on Netflix on July 3, 2024.
Beverly Hills Cop 4 on Netflix: 5 stars return for new case
Axel F. (Murphy) is still working as a down-to-earth cop in Detroit who is slowly but surely approaching retirement. Former office pain in the ass Jeffrey (Paul Reiser) is now his boss, his daughter Jane (Taylour Paige) lives in California and has broken off contact.

Suddenly, Foley’s old friend Billy Rosewood (Judge Reinhold) disappears during an investigation in Los Angeles and strangers threaten Jane with death. The hard-boiled investigator jumps on the next plane and starts stirring up tranquil Beverly Hills again.
