Aircraft thriller on Netflix: That’s what Red Eye is about
The plot of Red Eye begins with an arrest. Dr. Matthew Nolan (Richard Armitage) is alleged to have committed a murder during a business trip to Beijing and is promptly placed in handcuffs on his return to the UK.
Policewoman Hana Li (Jing Lusi) is now tasked with escorting him back to China, where Matthew is to be handed over to the authorities. However, the return journey by night flight is shaken by a mysterious series of murders on board the plane. But who is the perpetrator? Nerves are soon on edge in the confined space

Incidentally, Red Eye is not a Netflix original, but a bought-in mini-series from the British TV channel ITV.
