Exciting news for Bridgerton fans: Netflix has released a video for season 4 of the hit series, which puts Sophie actress Yerin Ha center stage
Each Bridgerton season comes with a big change: the main characters are replaced. Whereas we were just following Daphne’s love story, suddenly a completely different character from the historical universe is at the center of the story. This does not change in the course of the 4th season of the Netflix series.
New video for Bridgerton season 4: Yerin Ha introduces herself as Sophie Baek in the Netflix high-flyer
We’ve known since August that Yerin Ha will be the new lead actress of Bridgerton. She plays Sophie Baek, the illegitimate daughter of the Earl of Penwood, and comes with a Cinderella story: her stepmother, Araminta Gunningworth, and one of her stepsisters, Rosamund Reiling, treat her cruelly.
Fortunately, there is Posy, the third stepsister in the group, who turns out to be one of the few people Sophie can rely on. We don’t know exactly how the book by Julia Quinn will be adapted for season 4. But Netflix has released a first video with Ha for the new episodes

We don’t get to see any scenes from season 4 in the first look video. Instead, Netflix makes the unveiling of the new leading lady quite official: Ha strolls past the show’s magnificent costumes and finally turns to the camera. Some Bridgerton fans are already beside themselves with excitement.

A few fans are also amused by the reveal video, as Netflix couldn’t reveal too much more at this point. As mentioned at the beginning, it has long been known that Yerin Ha will be seen as Sophia in season 4
