An entertaining thriller with Blake Lively, in which she asks Twilight star Anna Kendrick for a small favor, has taken hold of the Netflix charts.
While the movie charts at Netflix are still dominated by Christmas and, in addition to the festive actioner Carry-On, also include six Harry Potter films, a thriller with Blake Lively has wormed its way into second place. We’re talking about Just a Favour to Kill For.
Thriller-Comedy Just a Small Favor with Blake Lively at number 2 in the Netflix charts
In Just a Small Favor, single mother Stephanie (Anna Kendrick) earns a living as a mom blogger after the death of her husband, providing advice and support to other mothers. One day, Emily (Blake Lively) turns to her with a request to take care of her son Nicky (Ian Ho). Of course, Stephanie agrees. However, when Emily doesn’t return to pick up her son after a few days, Stephanie begins to suspect that something is wrong.
With Just a Favor, Paul Feig has directed a twist-filled thriller that initially leads us around by the nose and then reveals one exciting twist after another. You can now stream the entertaining movie with Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick on Netflix, where it is currently ranked behind Carry-On in the movie charts.
