In the upcoming production, which is scheduled to start shooting in April, she will be supported by a well-known mega star from Germany: Matthias Schweighöfer!

As TVLine & nbsp; wants to have learned, the TBBT star will soon be in front of the camera for the new mystery series Vanished. In it, Cuoco plays a woman named Alice who is on a romantic trip to Paris with her boyfriend Tom (Sam Claflin). On the way there, her partner suddenly disappears without a trace. While searching for him, Alice gets caught in a web of intrigue and danger, while shocking secrets about Tom come to light.
In addition to the story, it was also revealed that Matthias Schweighöfer has a role in Vanished. However, there is no information about his character yet. For the actor, it is the second major series role after Amazon’s You Are Wanted. The French actress Karin Viard, who is known, among other things, from the box-office hit Do You Understand the Béliers?, has also been cast.
When will Vanished with Kaley Cuoco and Matthias Schweighöfer start?
A start date is not yet known. According to TVLine, the series from showrunners David Hilton and Preston Thompson is currently still looking for a US broadcaster. Filming is scheduled to begin in April in Paris and Marseille.
If the shooting goes smoothly and a broadcaster is found, Vanished could still start sometime in 2026. Otherwise, a release from 2027 is conceivable.
