Since then, the filmmaker’s next Netflix project was set to turn Robert Pattinson into a serial killer. It is now known that the satirical Netflix thriller Average Height, Average Build will not be made
Mega-Netflix project about political serial killer is canceled – this is the reason
According to Deadline, McKay wants to stay true to his thematic course and make another movie about climate change. He has therefore stepped down as director of the serial killer film Average Height, Average Build. A replacement is not even being sought, which means the project is likely to be scrapped completely. There is no official Netflix statement on this yet.

In the story of Average Height, Average Build, Pattinson was supposed to play a serial killer who hires a lobbyist (Amy Adams) to get involved in day-to-day politics. In the process, a retired police officer (Robert Downey Jr.) closes in on him.
