In The Amateur, the Mr. Robot and Bohemian Rhapsody star, who was also recently seen as the villain in the final James Bond film with Daniel Craig, plays CIA decoder Charlie Heller. When he loses his wife in a terrorist attack, he swears revenge. Without any particular physical abilities or weapons skills, he relies on his keen mind to take revenge on the perpetrators. As a result, he soon comes to the attention of his superiors.
