Matt Reeves will once again be responsible for directing the sequel. So far, only Robert Pattinson is confirmed as the lead actor for The Batman 2. In the Batman comics, this is a secret organisation made up of Gotham’s elite that operates dark machinations in the shadows.
According to Screen Rant, director Matt Reeves has also talked about wanting Batman sidekick Robin to make an appearance in the sequel. However, for him to do so, the story surrounding the character, along with the emotional impact, has to be right.

After The Batman was nearly three hours long, the sequel is likely to hit cinemas again at overlength. Whether The Batman 2 will be even longer remains to be seen.
