Horror fans take note: Psycho Goreman is one of the genre highlights of the year with its mix on splatter, sci-fi and comedy.Coming to home theatres in just a few days.
The splatter fun Psycho Goreman is one of the insider tips in horror films from recent years. In 2021, accompanied by plenty of positive word of mouth, it came to Germany in several mediabooks. Some of these sold out quickly on Amazon *.
PUSSYCAKE (2022): Less PSYCHO GOREMAN, more MUTANT BLAST meets PREDATOR? It’s a nifty guts-forward indie about a girl band fighting a pukey zombie apocalypse, where the connective storytelling tissues don’t matter all that much. It’s fun enough, but for gorehounds only I’d bet. pic.twitter.com/FooVpAYA45

One of the funniest horror films of 2021 is totally crazy – and the way it’s made is endearing.
Siblings Mimi and Luke are digging around outdoors one night when they come across a terrifying alien monster that has been imprisoned there since ancient times.

If the two of them hadn’t found an amulet in the wreckage at the same time, with which they can control the alien visitor, they’d be finished off in no time. The alien is not at all thrilled, but helplessly at the mercy of the childlike authority. And so Mimi shows “Psycho Goreman” off to her family or brings him along on a picnic. But his space past soon catches up with the intergalactic curmudgeon.
The horror homage is set somewhere between E.T. – The Extra-Terrestrial and Re-Animator with impressive hand-made effects as well as costumes that recall fun Saturdays with Power Rangers reruns.
