ComingSoon is excited to debut the Summoners teaser trailer for Terence Krey’s upcoming witch horror movie. It is set to make its premiere at the Brooklyn Film Festival on Tuesday, October 18 at 8:45 p.m. ET at the Shudder Theater (Williamsburg Cinema 6).
Summoners is directed and written by Krey, who wrote the script with Christine Nyland. Nyland also stars in the film alongside McLean Peterson, Larry Fessenden, Madeline Grey DeFreece, Margaret Reed, Meghan Jones, and Kate Warren. The filmmaking duo of Krey and Nyland previously collaborated on An Unquiet Grave and Distress Signals.

“Jessica Whitman isn’t a witch. Not anymore, at least,” reveals the synopsis. “She left it behind when she left her hometown almost ten years ago. But when a childhood friend needs her help performing a dark spell, she’ll find herself questioning her sense of right and wrong, and grappling with her late mother’s secrets.”
Summoner has a runtime of 88 minutes.
