Second animated adventure loosely based on the popular children’s book “The Bunny School”.
At the Bunny School, anticipation grows for Easter and the appointment of the new “Master Bunnies” by the magical Golden Egg. To everyone’s surprise, the big city bunny Max (Noah Levi) is appointed as the first big city bunny ever. New special skills want to be learned, but before the training can begin, the Golden Easter Egg turns black. Madame Hermine (Senta Berger) knows what to do: “If the golden egg turns dark, Easter will soon be over.
Behind it all is Leo, a big-city bunny who allies himself with the nasty foxes in the woods in order to be in the limelight himself at Easter. Together with his bunny friend Emmi, Max wants to save the bunny school again. He gets help from Ferdinand of all people – a real fox! But can you trust foxes at all or are they all cunning and evil?

Five years ago, the animated children’s film “The Bunny School – The Hunt for the Golden Egg” thrilled viewers in the cinema. For the second adventure, Noah Levi (known from “The Voice Kids”) as bunny Max, Senta Berger (“Welcome to the Hartmanns”) and Friedrich von Thun (“Benjamin Blümchen”) return to the voice-over booths to reprise their roles of yesteryear.
The story is based on elements of the classic book “The Bunny School”, which not only regularly climbs the bestseller lists at Easter time, but has already sold over 2.5 million copies. Before the Easter egg hunt begins on 17 April 2022, young and old can be there in the cinema to watch Max save Easter. “The Bunny School – The Big Egg Hunt” opens in German cinemas on 17 March 2022. The FSK rating has not yet been determined, but you can expect a FSK of 0.
