“Fallout” on Amazon Prime Video: Start date and new details on the hot

by Tommy

It has been known for some time that a “Fallout” series will appear on Amazon Prime Video. At Gamescom, a first teaser trailer for the video game adaptation was now shown. It was also revealed that the series will be released as early as 2024.

First, we’ll treat ourselves to a hearty sip of Nuka-Cola on this news: The long-awaited Prime Video series “Fallout” is set to appear on Amazon’s streaming service as early as 2024. This was announced during this year’s Gamescom.

The studio also released a first teaser trailer for the upcoming series adaptation, which was shown following a panel on the Bethesda game “Starfield” (the studio is also responsible for the video game series “Fallout” and “The Elder Scrolls”). Unfortunately, this is so far exclusive for the visitors*innen of the game fair. Bethesda’s game director Todd Howard promised, however, that the teaser trailer will be made available to everyone who was at the show in the future.

And so, so far, we are left with only a description of the teaser, in which we get footage of the Brotherhood of Steel and a first glimpse of a ghoul, among other things. In addition, a woman is shown leaving her Vault (the bunkers in “Fallout”) for the first time and discovering the post-nuclear world. Of course, in typical Fallout fashion, a nuclear explosion can’t be missed.

A PICTURE REVEALS MORE DETAILS ABOUT THE SERIES

Amazon Prime Video also released a new artwork for the series on X (formerly Twitter). On it, a drawn Vault-Boy, the mascot of the Vault-Tec corporation, can be seen greeting us in Los Angeles. It is therefore very likely that the “Fallout” series will be set in LA. In addition, there is another interesting detail to discover:

The Vault-Boy wears one of the typical blue and yellow suits of the Vault inhabitants. A 33 is clearly visible on his chest. In addition, the location Vault 33 is also given in the post, which allows us to assume that the series will focus on some survivors of Vault 33 – and the teaser already seems to give a first glimpse of those characters. So far, not much is known about the fate of the survivors in this bunker. However, fans of the series know that the Vaults weren’t necessarily used to protect the people housed inside…

THIS IS “FALLOUT “

“Fallout” is a long-running RPG video game series set after a nuclear apocalypse. In the course of the game, the players explore the world after a nuclear war in the year 2077 and have to come to terms with the new flora and fauna. Over time, they learn new skills that will help them survive in the Wasteland.

The game series has been around since 1997, with the latest spin-offs being the online role-playing game “Fallout 76” and “Fallout 4” – which sold an incredible twelve million copies on its release date alone on December 15, 2015. The series is characterized by its dark humor and creative design of the game world.

It has already been known for some time that author and Christopher Nolan brother Jonathan “Jonah” Nolan and his wife Lisa Joy could be won over for the series implementation of the video game series “Interstellar”. Both will produce the series and write the scripts. Jonah Nolan will also direct the first episode. The duo previously created the acclaimed HBO series “Westworld. “
