After almost two years of waiting, the fantasy bestseller adaptation “The Wheel of Time” continues on Amazon Prime Video. After the season start with 3 episodes, there is now one new episode per week – so episode 8 is on 6 October 2023.
“The Wheel of Time” is turning again – but now actually not for much longer, because we are close to the season finale. The second season of the fantasy epic about the “Reborn Dragon” Rand al’Thor (Josha Stradowski), who must learn to control his powers so that he can stand up to the Dark King, started on Amazon Prime Video on 1 September 2023. There were three episodes to start with – after that, only one new episode was released each week, always on Fridays. Episode 8, the last episode of season 2 of “The Wheel of Time”, will therefore be released on 6 October 2023 on Amazon Prime Video.
The season started at 2 a.m. and not, as is often the case with Prime, at 9 a.m. our time. And the other episodes will also be available in Germany from the early hours of the morning. In total, the second season of “The Wheel of Time”, based on Robert Jordan’s eponymous fantasy epic, consists of eight episodes. This results in the following release schedule:
