Set photos of the upcoming Daredevil series on Disney+ keep popping up. The latest shots show villain Bullseye in his new costume and the Marvel hero’s revised suit
It took until 2018 for Daredevil to finally become a celebrated, dark Marvel hero. The Netflix series Marvel’s Daredevil left the first, largely unsuccessful 2003 film starring Ben Affleck behind and scored as an independent comic adaptation that was much closer to the original.
Following the Netflix cancellation, Daredevil is returning to Disney+ this year for a new series, for which set photos and videos from the shoot are constantly landing online. The latest footage shows the villain Bullseye in a new costume for the first time, as well as a revised suit for the protagonist

The fresh look is a clear departure from the bullseye we saw in the form of Colin Farrell in 2003’s Daredevil. For comparison:

In season 3 of Marvel’s Daredevil, Bethel first appeared in the Bullseye role. Here, he was the second major villain of the Netflix series alongside Vincent D’Onofrio as Kingpin. The Bullseye costume in the Netflix version of Daredevil looked much simpler compared to the upgrade in the upcoming Disney+ series.
Alongside the first look at the new villain look in Daredevil: Born Again, lead actor Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock is also sporting a revamped Marvel hero costume, now in bolder red:
