In the coming days, numerous films will disappear from the Amazon Prime Video range. Among others, only available for a short time are “Olympus Has Fallen” with Gerard Butler, “Hard Target 2” with Scott Adkins and “Suicide Squad”.
Fans of hearty action are currently being served in the cinema with “John Wick 4”, in which Keanu Reeves is once again stirring up the underworld as the titular hitman. But if you like rough and tumble action cinema of the old school, you can of course also experience it from the comfort of your couch: for example, on Amazon Prime Video.
On the streaming platform, you can currently watch audience favourites such as Gerard Butler or Scott Adkins take down their adversaries in a variety of ways – but beware, in several cases you only have a few days left to stream their knockabout and baller orgies with your Prime subscription at no extra cost. We tell you which films are only available for a few more days:
“Olympus Has Fallen” (available until 1 April): The fact that Gerard Butler is one of the most popular action stars at the moment is partly thanks to the first part of the agent action series initiated by “Equalizer” maker Antoine Fuqua. The brutal counterpart to “White House Down”, which was released in the same year, is a hard-hitting, grippingly staged B-actioner that will thrill genre fans despite deductions in the B grade.

“London Has Fallen” (available until 1 April): The (first) sequel to the Butler smash takes the basic formula of its predecessor, but provides new momentum with small changes here and there – and is even the better film in the end.
