“Jurassic World: A New Age” – Storyline
Four years have passed since Isla Nublar was destroyed, and dinosaurs have found new homes all over the globe. It is obvious that this has disrupted the ecosystem and dinosaurs are vying with humans for supremacy. While dinosaur breeder Owen Grady (Chris Pratt) and his on-off girlfriend Claire Dearing (Bryce Dallas Howard) plead for the safety of the dinosaurs on their home ranch, global disasters are piling up. Who will linger at the top of the food chain? The humans or the dinosaurs?
On their adventurous journey around the globe, Owen and Claire meet scientists* Dr. Alan Grant (Sam Neill), Dr. Ellie Sattler (Laura Dern) and Dr. Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum).
“Jurassic World: A New Age” – Cast
As in the previous films, raptor trainer Owen Grady and former park manager and dinosaur activist Claire Dearing will play the decisive role in mediating between humans and dinosaurs. The two are portrayed by “Guardians of the Galaxy” star Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard (“Rocketman”). In addition to Justice Smith (“Pokémon Master Detective Pikachu”), Omar Sy (“Suddenly Dad”) and BD Wong (“Mr. Robot”), there are also newcomers such as Dichen Lachman (“Altered Carbon”) and DeWanda Wise (“Fatherhood”). There is a special highlight for fans of the series, as the stars of the first “Jurassic Park” films return for the conclusion of the trilogy! Sam Neill, Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum are definitely in it. According to reports, Joseph Mazzello (Tim) and possibly even his movie sister Ariana Richards (Lex) are also back.
