For Deadpool 3, Ryan Reynolds and Wolverine actor Hugh Jackman will be in front of the camera together. The pair’s good relationship has been expressed for years in well-intentioned banter and repartee on social media. Now Jackman is teasing his future co-star with a child actor.

Jackman is a busy theatre actor in addition to his Hollywood career. From the stage of the Broadway play The Music Man, he now released a picture showing him in Wolverine pose with fellow young actor Benjamin Pajak. The child actor is wearing a Deadpool mask. Jackman commented (via Instagram ):

So apparently Deadpool is nothing more than a little kid to the X-Man with the telescopic claws. It’s the latest lighthearted low blow in a series of banter that began between the two back on the set of X-Men Origins: Wolverine (via Cinemablend ).

But unfortunately, it will be a while before the two Marvel actors give each other the boot on the big screen again. Deadpool 3 is not due to be released until 6 November 2024. Plenty of time to train against some more kids.
