This is the opinion of the net in particular, which is currently filling this fake project with more and more life.

Martin Scorsese fake epic Goncharov comes to life on Tumblr
According to Polygon it all started with an older Tumblr post from August 2022, in which a user featured worn boots bearing a special label. On it is written about the greatest mafia movie ever made. The work is titled Goncharov and is presented by Martin Scorsese. The plot is only stated to be about the Neapolitan Mafia.
According to Tumblr user thefiresontheheight Goncharov is a long-existing 1973 Scorsese film that was never released and passed over for awards ceremonies. There’s even a poster for Goncharov to admire:
