Story: What is the plot of The Batman 2?

Info on the plot of The Batman 2 is not yet available. In an interview with The Independent, Robert Pattinson has already talked about wanting the Council of Owls to make an appearance in the sequel. In the Batman comics, this is a secret organisation made up of Gotham’s elite that carries out dark machinations in the shadows.

According to Screen Rant, director Matt Reeves has also talked about wanting Batman sidekick Robin to make an appearance in the sequel. For him to do so, however, the story surrounding the character, along with the emotional impact, has to fit.

Reeves also revealed that Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne should remain the emotional centre in the sequel. The director wants to avoid the familiar Batman mistake of the Dark Knight being outshone by the villains.
