Those days are finally back: the channel is once again showing episodes of Dragon Ball, Sailor Moon and Mila Superstar on Sundays. But which episodes are we talking about? RTL 2 shows Dragon Ball again: When exactly run which anime episodes?
Since Sunday, April 16, 2023, RTL 2 has been showing four episodes of Mila Superstar every Sunday starting at 11:25 a.m., five episodes of Sailor Moon starting at 1:20 p.m., and concluding with five episodes of Dragon Ball at 3:15 p.m. Specifically, the schedule for Dragon Ball on Sunday, May 7, 2023, looks like this:
Mila Superstar and Sailor Moon will run episodes 13-16 and 16-20, respectively, and then RTL’s Sunday anime afternoon will be over from 5:15pm.
The anime afternoon on RTL 2 is still considered an institution for many anime fans. A large number of viewers first came into contact with series like One Piece, Naruto or Yu-Gi-Oh! there. The format was discontinued on weekdays several years ago, but was recently relaunched for Sundays.
