Sci-fi fans can enjoy Rebecca Ferguson in more than just Dune 2 this year. In the first trailer for the series highlight Silo, she attempts to reach the surface of a destroyed Earth.
Rebecca Ferguson (Mission: Impossible 6 – Fallout) is part of several hotly anticipated sci-fi projects this year. In addition to Dune, she wants to lead a humanity living underground to the surface in Silo. The first trailer promises a tough, dystopian thriller with a star-studded cast.

In Silo, humanity has been living in a 144-storey tank underground for centuries because the surface has become uninhabitable. At least that’s what the rulers of the underground colony tell us. Residents like security chief Juliette Nichols (Ferguson) are caught between two stools. On the one hand, they want to preserve the lives of their charges. But what if the story of the destroyed Earth is a fairy tale?
The series produced for Apple TV+ is based on the series of novels of the same name by Hugh Howey and features Ferguson and various other stars in the cast. For example, Game of Thrones star Iain Glen and Hollywood veteran Tim Robbins are also in the cast.
