The Harte Jungs films with Axel Stein are German comedy cult. Netflix releases the sequel Hammerharte Jungs after 21 years and there is a first trailer.
What to do when your own genitals start talking to you one morning? That was the question posed in the early 2000s by the cult teen comedies Harte Jungs and Knallharte Jungs starring Axel Stein. Netflix has now released a trailer for the surprise sequel Hammerharte Jungs. And the favorites of yesteryear return.

With Axel Stein: Netflix shows off next generation in tough guys sequel
Hammerharte Jungs reimagines the storyline of its predecessors: Charly (Tobias Schäfer) wakes up one day with a talking bestie. As if his genital’s recent gift for language weren’t enough, he must also use it to navigate everyday school life and, in particular, his growing affection for Paula (Cosima Henman). But as the trailer shows, she has a very similar problem.
The new addition to the tough guys series also brings back old heroes. Charly’s father is none other than Rudolf (Stein), who has already gained experience with his son’s problems. Diana Amft plays Paula’s mother Maja.
