Ahsoka Tano is one of the most popular Star Wars characters and has already had a long journey. She was introduced in the 2008 feature film The Clone Wars, which served as the prelude to the animated series of the same name. In 2020, she made her live-action debut in The Mandalorian. Now she gets her first Star Wars series of her own.
When will the Ahsoka series launch on Disney+?
The 1st season of the Ahsoka series will start on Disney+ on August 23, 2023. As with the previous Star Wars series, we should expect a weekly release. A new episode would then be released every Wednesday.
Who plays Ahsoka in the new Star Wars series?
The actress of Ahsoka Tano is Rosario Dawson. She is known as Claire Temple from the Marvel Netflix series and Quentin Tarantino’s Death Proof. She already appeared as Ahsoka in The Mandalorian and the spin-off The Book of Boba Fett. However, she is not the first actress to bring the character to life.
