Avatar 3 has just been delayed by a year. As a small consolation, here’s a first image from the sci-fi sequel, which also features fan favourite Spider hiding in plain sight.
This week, Avatar fans had to be very strong. Disney announced a slew of new release dates, which include Marvel and Star Wars as well as the James Cameron blockbusters based around Pandora.
Avatar 3 now opens in cinemas a year later in December 2025. Producer Jon Landau shared a statement with a vague first image from the sci-fi sequel. It features fan-favourite Spider from Avatar 2: The Way of Water, among others.
