In 2016, he left the series and turned his back on the streaming service. But he will soon be returning with Boy Swallows Universe
New series from Vikings star Travis Fimmel promises to be the first Netflix highlight of 2024
Boy Swallows World is set in 1980s Brisbane, Australia and revolves around teenager Eli (Felix Cameron/Zac Burgess), who grows up between love, poverty, childish adventures and drug brutality. Among others, he meets Lyle (Fimmel), who has already made the acquaintance of the criminal underworld.

When is Boy Swallows Universe coming to Netflix?
Boy Swallows Universe is scheduled to be released on Netflix on January 11, 2023 and will comprise eight episodes. Alongside Fimmel, Simon Baker (The Great Crash – Margin Call) will also be seen in front of the camera.
