The fight for resources is the driving force behind season 4 of All Mankind. With new characters such as Miles, played by Toby Kebbell, who moves from an oil platform to space, themes such as social inequality and exploitation by powerful companies are also addressed. The series’ creative team was inspired by the masterful western The Treasure of the Sierra Madre, among others.
In an interview with Collider, co-creator, writer and producer Matt Wolpert explains:
The space race becomes a race for resources and wealth. That’s why we’ve talked a lot about The Treasure of the Sierra Madre and many other westerns about how greed and competition for possessions affect people.
When does For All Mankind season 4 start on Apple TV+?
The 4th season of For All Mankind starts on November 10, 2023 on Apple TV+ and, like the previous seasons, comprises a total of ten episodes. These will be released on a weekly basis. There will be a new episode every Friday. With this rhythm, the release will continue until January 12, 2024.
