The Rookie fans want love instead of Nathan Fillion action
The Rookie revolves around police trainee John Nolan (Fillion), who wants to join the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) at the handsome age of 45. He has to contend with strange looks, mistrust and amorous adventures as well as the harsh reality of the streets of the Californian metropolis.
After a mega shock in the fifth season of The Rookie, the team needs a rest. But that doesn’t stop the romantic goings-on in the squad. Fans are particularly taken with one of the couples. It’s Lucy Chen (Melissa O’Neil) and Tim Bradford (Eric Winter), who also go by the name “Chenford” in community circles.

The Rookie season 6 starts on February 20, 2024 in the USA. No start dates are yet known for German-speaking countries. We don’t expect it to be released in Germany until the end of 2024 at the earliest.
