In Netflix’s series charts, the second season of an absolute hit is now back at the top. Its predecessor already achieved almost 100 million streams.
Almost two years ago, The Night Agent, a new Netflix series, was launched and became a mega-hit. According to the BBC, season 1 already had around 812 million streams, which made the announcement of a sequel unsurprising. Season 2 has just been released on the streaming service and The Night Agent is back at the top of the series top 10.

In season 1, FBI agent Peter Strickland (Gabriel Basso) has to guard a phone in the basement of the White House and follow precise instructions as soon as it rings. He quickly gets caught up in a conspiracy that extends to the US president and beyond.

In season 2, Peter himself is a so-called Night Agent in action and the next conspiracy is already waiting. This time, his investigations revolve around a high-ranking intelligence officer named Warren (Teddy Sears).
