Netflix is coming out strong this year with a sci-fi epic that is said to have cost over $300 million. Find out here which other films will be released by the streaming service.
In 2025, hardly anyone will be able to get past The Electric State, the new film by Avengers creators Anthony and Joe Russo. Not only do stars like Millie Bobby Brown and Chris Pratt appear in front of the camera here, but the production, which is said to have cost 320 million US dollars, is also based on the breathtaking sci-fi worlds of Simon Stålenhag.
But what other movies are coming to Netflix this year? We’ll give you an overview of all the original titles the streaming service will release between January 1 and December 31, 2025, starting with the action comedy Back in Action and the crime thriller sequel Wake Up Dead Man with Daniel Craig.
What’s more, some of Hollywood’s biggest names are releasing new films on Netflix this year.
